Servo VFD
Servo drives deliver fast, precise motion for axes that cannot tolerate drift. They sit in the same catalogues as variable frequency drives (VFDs), but where a VFD holds a motor at a commanded speed, a servo closes the loop on position. Our AC servo systems cover 0.2–55 kW with three control modes — position, speed, and torque — so the same drive handles indexing, spindle control, and tension roll. Electronic gearing lets one master axis synchronize several followers without mechanical linkage, which simplifies retrofit projects.
Choose the drive by matching the motor's rated torque and speed to the load, then confirm the command interface. We support pulse-train, analog, and EtherCAT networks so the servo drops into existing PLC or motion controller racks. Check the inertia ratio between load and motor; if it exceeds 10:1, add a gearbox or a larger motor to protect the shaft and bearings.
We help integrators tune gains, set up homing, and configure torque limits before shipment. Send your motion profile — travel, acceleration, and cycle time — and we propose a matched drive and motor within 24 hours. Our factory supplies cables, brakes, and option cards for OEM panels. Servo VFD — Configured to Order
This range is built to order rather than stocked. Send us the motor nameplate — power, voltage, current and duty cycle — and our engineers confirm the exact configuration and quote FOB/CIF within 24 hours.
How to Select the Right Servo
- Check the motor nameplate: rated power, current, voltage and frequency.
- Identify the load type — variable torque (fans, pumps) or constant torque (conveyors, compressors, mills).
- Match the drive's rated output current to the motor's full-load current, not just the kW rating.
- Confirm the overload requirement: 120% for light duty, 150% or more for heavy duty.
- Check the environment: ambient temperature, dust, humidity and cable length derating.
- Send us your specifications — we confirm frame size and quote FOB/CIF within 24 hours.
