• We receive only the details you type into an enquiry form.
• This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.

• We delete an enquiry and our replies six months after our last contact, unless they have become a quotation, a contract or a warranty case.
• You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time.

2. Who is responsible for your data

This website is operated by Wuxi Yolico Electric Co., Ltd., whose registered address is No. 98, Meiyuan Cha Xiang, Binhu District, Wuxi, Jiangsu, China. For any question about this policy, or any request about your own data, write to heidimorzan@gmail.com — that address reaches the people who handle enquiries.

3. What we collect

Information you send us. When you submit an enquiry we receive the name, email address, company, country and requirement text you enter. The form also attaches the product or page you were reading and the language you were using (English or Spanish), so that your enquiry reaches the right engineer with the right context. Nothing else is captured.

Server logs. Like every web server, ours records the requests it receives: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the time of the request. We use these logs to keep the site running and to investigate abuse. We do not use them to identify visitors or to build profiles.

4. Why we use it

We do not use your details for advertising and we do not send newsletters. If we ever wanted to contact you about something other than your enquiry, we would ask you first.

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
• To follow up on a project you have asked us about.
• To keep the website secure and available.

5. The legal basis we rely on

We handle the details of an enquiry because it is necessary for the steps you have asked us to take before entering into a contract, and for performing that contract if one is concluded. Server logs are kept on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping this website secure and available.

We do not rely on your consent for any of this, so the enquiry form has no consent box to tick: the notice beside it tells you what happens to what you send us.

6. Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser's local storage, so there is no banner to click and nothing to switch off. We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics, advertising, heat-mapping or social plug-in.

Every file a page needs — styles, scripts, icons and images — is served from our own domain. No fonts, scripts or pixels are loaded from third-party servers, so simply reading this site does not disclose your visit to anyone else.

If you leave the site through an external link, such as the WhatsApp link on our contact page, the privacy policy of that destination applies from that point on.

7. Who can see your details

Your enquiry is read by our own sales and engineering staff. We do not sell, rent or trade it, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

We disclose it only where we have to: to the service providers who host this website and our email on our behalf and act on our instructions, or where the law requires it.

8. Where your data is processed

This website is hosted on servers in the European Union. Our company, and the staff who answer your enquiry, are in China, so an enquiry you send from Europe, Latin America or anywhere else is transferred to and handled in China. Wherever it is processed, it is handled under this policy and with the same care.

9. How long we keep it

We delete your enquiry and our replies six months after our last contact with you. If the enquiry has become something more — a quotation we have issued, a contract or a warranty case — we keep the related business records for as long as the contract and our accounting obligations require, and delete them when those obligations end.

Server logs run to a different clock: we keep them only as long as we need them to keep the site running, investigate abuse and meet our own security obligations, and delete them when that need ends.

If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, ask us and we will do it, unless we are obliged to keep it.

10. Your rights

Write to heidimorzan@gmail.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the European Union or the EEA you may also complain to your national data protection authority; in Brazil, to the ANPD; and in China, to the government departments responsible for personal information protection. If the law that applies to you gives you a right that is not listed above, tell us and we will honour that too.

• Ask for a copy of the details we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete your details.
• Object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use them.
• Ask for your details in a portable, machine-readable form.

11. Security

Enquiry data travels to us over an encrypted HTTPS connection and is stored on servers we control, with access limited to the staff who need it in order to answer you. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

We never ask for payment card details through this website, and we do not store them.

12. Children

This site is addressed to businesses and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. Where the law that applies to you sets a lower age for this purpose than the 16 used in the European Union — 14 in mainland China, for example — we still apply 16, because the higher threshold protects more people. If you believe a minor has sent us an enquiry, tell us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date shown at the top. The version published here is the one that applies.
