Terms of Use

Last updated:

These terms apply to this website. They cover the site itself — the supply of our products is governed by the contract you sign with us, and where the two differ the contract prevails.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Wuxi Yolico Electric Co., Ltd., registered at No. 98, Meiyuan Cha Xiang, Binhu District, Wuxi, Jiangsu, China. You can reach us at heidimorzan@gmail.com.

2. What this site is for

This is a business-to-business information site: it describes our variable frequency drives and the applications they suit, and it is written for engineers, importers and distributors. Nothing on it is a public offer to sell, and it is not addressed to consumers.

3. Product information and specifications

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but the figures, drawings, photographs and tables on this site are indicative. Selecting a drive depends on your motor, load profile, environment and duty cycle, so a published value is a starting point for selection rather than a promise of performance in your installation.

We improve our products continuously and may change design, materials or specifications without notice. The specification that binds us is the one stated in your quotation and contract, and our drives are to be installed and commissioned by qualified personnel.

4. Quotations and orders

We do not publish prices. Quotations are prepared individually on request and are valid for the period stated in them. An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing. Where these terms and a signed contract disagree, the contract prevails.

5. Documents and downloads

Datasheets, manuals, drawings and certificates are published so that you can evaluate, select, install and operate our products. You may download them and circulate them inside your organisation for that purpose. They remain our copyright.

6. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, illustrations, layout and code of this site, and our brand names, belong to us or to those who license them to us. You are welcome to read, print and quote the site for your own business use, and to refer to our brand when describing our products. Copying the site, or a substantial part of it, in order to publish it as your own, or using our marks as if they were yours, is not permitted.

7. Using the site

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Please use the site as it is meant to be used. In particular, do not:

8. Links to other sites

Some pages link out, for example to WhatsApp or to an email client. Those services are not ours: their content and their data practices are their own responsibility, and we are not responsible for them.

9. Availability

We try to keep the site available and its information current, but we provide it as it is. We cannot promise that it will always be reachable, complete or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw pages at any time.

10. Product warranty

Our drives are supplied with the warranty set out in the applicable contract or warranty statement. Nothing on this website extends, varies or replaces it, and the standard supply program described on our product pages is confirmed on your quotation.

11. Our liability

We are responsible for our products as set out in the contract. For the website itself, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profit, lost contracts or wasted time — arising from its use or from reliance on information published on it. Where we are liable, our total liability is capped at the value of the goods that gave rise to the claim, unless your contract sets a different cap. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Force majeure

We are not in breach of these terms, and we are not liable for a delay or a failure to perform, where the cause lies outside our reasonable control. That includes natural events, epidemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, shipping and port disruption, shortages of components, and changes in law, regulation or export control that affect a delivery.

13. Export control and sanctions

Our products are subject to export control rules. We comply with the export control and sanctions requirements that apply to us, including those of the People's Republic of China, and we may decline or cancel an order, or hold back a shipment, where that is necessary in order to comply.

14. Approvals in your country

You are responsible for the approvals, registrations and certifications required where the drives are installed and used, and for confirming that the product as specified suits the local electrical code, grid conditions and any sector rules that apply to your site. We will tell you which certifications we hold for a product, and give you the technical documentation you need for your own approval process.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, including any question as to their existence or validity, is referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) under the arbitration rules in force when the arbitration is started. The award is final and binding on both parties. Where a supply contract contains its own dispute clause, that clause applies instead of this one.

16. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will publish the new version on this page with a new date at the top. The version published here is the one that applies to your use of the site.
