Absorption Chiller Commercial HVAC VFD 0.75–630 kW
This general-purpose variable frequency drive (VFD) variant is configured for absorption-chiller and commercial HVAC duty, spanning 0.75–4 kW on single-phase 220 V and 0.75–630 kW on three-phase 380 V. V/f and sensorless vector control with 120% overload for 60 s match pump, fan and solution-circuit loads on chilled-water plants.

Product Description
Absorption chillers and their surrounding plant — solution pumps, refrigerant pumps, cooling-tower fans and chilled-water pumps — benefit from speed control that follows the building load curve. This VFD variant brings the standard YD platform with V/f and sensorless vector control, sized 0.75–630 kW at 380 V three-phase with 0.75–4 kW options for single-phase 220 V auxiliaries.
The 120% / 60 s overload rating suits variable-torque pump and fan duty, and built-in PID keeps chilled-water pressure or tower-fan temperature stable as the load drifts. Simple keypad setup and the shared YD parameter structure let HVAC service teams commission without specialist drive training.

FAQ about Absorption-chiller VFD
Which chiller loads can this VFD drive?
Solution and refrigerant pumps, cooling-tower fans and chilled or condenser-water pumps on absorption-chiller plants, from small 220 V auxiliaries up to 630 kW main pumps. Tell us the motor list and we match frames within 24 hours.
Does it support constant-pressure chilled-water control?
Yes. The built-in PID accepts a pressure or temperature sensor and modulates pump speed directly, so the differential pressure tracks building demand without an external controller.
