The YD581 is a dedicated variable frequency drive (VFD) for centrifuges and filtration equipment, rated 1.5–160 kW at 380 V three-phase. It provides V/f and SVC control, a common DC bus for multi-unit coordination and a master-slave differential-speed algorithm.

The YD581 is built for centrifuges and filtration equipment, where two or more motors often run at a controlled speed difference. Rated 1.5–160 kW at 380 V three-phase, it runs V/f and open-loop vector (SVC) control with an LCD keypad.
Its defining features are a common DC bus connection, which lets units share regenerated energy, and a master-slave differential-speed algorithm that keeps the centrifuge and conveyor at the exact ratio the process needs. RS485, PROFINET, PROFIBUS-DP, EtherCAT and CANopen networking integrate the drive with plant control.
It keeps two motors — typically the centrifuge bowl and the scroll conveyor — at a controlled speed difference so the separation process stays stable. Tell us the machine type and speed ratio and we preset the parameters.
In centrifuge duty one motor often regenerates while the other drives, so a common DC bus shares that energy between units instead of burning it in a brake resistor, cutting energy use and heat.
The YD581 supports RS485, PROFINET, PROFIBUS-DP, EtherCAT and CANopen. Choose the interface your PLC uses and we configure it at the factory.
Standard export terms for this range. Send your motor nameplate or equipment list and we confirm the exact model, price and lead time.
Plywood cases are ISPM 15 exempt — no fumigation certificate is required at destination.
