The YD587 is a dedicated variable frequency drive (VFD) for hoisting and lifting machinery, rated 0.75–630 kW at 380 V three-phase. It adds brake timing control, hover and anti-rollback logic, and optional anti-sway control on top of V/f, SVC and FVC control.

The YD587 is engineered for cranes, hoists and lifting equipment where load holding and smooth starts are critical. It covers 0.75–630 kW at 380 V three-phase with V/f, SVC and FVC control and an LCD keypad in Chinese or English.
Dedicated functions set it apart: brake timing parameters synchronize the mechanical brake with the drive, hover control and anti-rollback prevent load slip, and optional anti-sway cards smooth trolley and bridge travel. RS485 and PROFINET networking integrate the drive with the crane control system.
The YD587 synchronizes the mechanical brake release and engage with the drive torque, so the load is held before the brake opens and after it closes. This removes load slip and brake wear on hoists. Send us your brake and motor data and we preset the timing.
Yes, with the optional anti-sway card. It damps trolley and bridge load swing for faster, safer placement. Confirm your crane geometry and we recommend the card and parameters.
Yes. Provide the existing motor and brake nameplate, the hoist duty cycle and the control signals, and we map the analog and digital I/O of the old unit to the YD587.
Standard export terms for this range. Send your motor nameplate or equipment list and we confirm the exact model, price and lead time.
Plywood cases are ISPM 15 exempt — no fumigation certificate is required at destination.
