The DC9000 is an active front end (AFE) rectifier unit rated 55–630 kW at 380 V and 75–760 kW at 660 V. Sinusoidal current control keeps supply THDi at or below 5%, and it connects to variable frequency drive (VFD) systems through a common DC bus (DC+ / DC−).
| Power range | 380 V: 55–630 kW; 660 V: 75–760 kW |
|---|---|
| Control mode | Sinusoidal (Sin) linear control |
| Supply harmonics | THDi ≤ 5% |
| Connection | DC bus: DC(+), DC(−) |
Large multi-drive systems — paper lines, test stands, hoist groups — share one DC bus to exchange energy between drives. The DC9000 feeds that bus with sinusoidal, low-harmonic current: supply THDi stays at or below 5%, power factor stays near unity, and braking energy from any drive on the bus is regenerated instead of burned in resistors.
Rated 55–630 kW at 380 V and 75–760 kW at 660 V, the DC9000 connects through DC(+) and DC(−) bus terminals. Pair it with the YD5900 or the plant's existing drives to clean up harmonics at the source and cut demand penalties on weak networks.
Use the DC9000 when the network is weak, harmonic limits are contractual, or the multi-drive system regenerates energy. It cleans supply current at the source and returns braking energy instead of dissipating it.
Yes. It feeds a common DC bus that YD-series inverter units and other bus-connected drives share. Send us your single-line diagram and we propose the bus architecture within 24 hours.
Standard export terms for this range. Send your motor nameplate or equipment list and we confirm the exact model, price and lead time.
Plywood cases are ISPM 15 exempt — no fumigation certificate is required at destination.
