YD280E Synchronous Motor VFD 0.4–22 kW
The YD280E is a compact variable frequency drive (VFD) for small permanent-magnet synchronous motors, rated 0.4–2.2 kW on single-phase 220 V, 0.4–11 kW on three-phase 220 V and 0.75–22 kW on three-phase 380 V. It runs V/f and SVC control with 150% overload for 60 seconds.

Product Description
The YD280E brings permanent-magnet motor efficiency to small machines. Rated up to 22 kW across single-phase 220 V, three-phase 220 V and three-phase 380 V supplies, it is ideal for compact pumps, fans and light machinery that use PM synchronous motors.
V/f and SVC control with PM auto-tuning make commissioning straightforward, and an RS485 expansion card adds Modbus networking. The compact housing fits the tightest panels while delivering heavy-duty 150% overload for 60 seconds.

The YD280E supports common permanent-magnet synchronous motors up to 22 kW. Provide the motor rated voltage, current, speed and pole pairs so we preset the parameters before shipment.
Does the YD280E replace the YD280?
They share the same compact platform. Choose the YD280 for asynchronous induction motors and the YD280E when the driven motor is a permanent-magnet synchronous type.
