The YD3000N is a high-performance current-vector variable frequency drive (VFD) for three-phase 380 V networks, rated 1.5–630 kW. V/f, sensorless vector (SVC) and closed-loop vector (FVC) control with 150% overload for 60 s serve conveyors, mixers, hoists and demanding general machinery.
| Power range | 1.5–630 kW |
|---|---|
| Input voltage | 380 V 3-phase |
| Control mode | V/f + SVC + FVC |
| Overload capacity | 150% for 60 s |
| Motor type | Asynchronous induction |
| Options | RS-485 comm card; optical encoder PG card |
The YD3000N delivers full vector performance on 380 V networks from 1.5 kW up to 630 kW. V/f mode covers simple speed control, sensorless vector (SVC) provides strong low-speed torque without an encoder, and closed-loop vector (FVC) with the optical encoder PG card holds precise speed and torque on the toughest loads.
An RS-485 communication card integrates the drive into plant control systems. With 150% overload for 60 seconds, the YD3000N starts loaded conveyors, agitators and hoisting gear reliably, and its parameter structure matches the rest of the YD family so commissioning knowledge transfers directly.
The YD3000N is the standard cabinet-mounted unit for general machinery. The YD3000N-CCS adds marine certification and the YD3000N-IP54 adds a protected enclosure for dusty or humid sites — the control platform is shared across all three.
No for most loads: sensorless vector (SVC) gives strong low-speed torque without feedback. Add the optical encoder PG card and switch to FVC only when the process needs precise speed holding, such as winding or hoisting.
Standard export terms for this range. Send your motor nameplate or equipment list and we confirm the exact model, price and lead time.
Plywood cases are ISPM 15 exempt — no fumigation certificate is required at destination.
